Shipping Information

Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from within the European Union (The Netherlands).

Shipments to EU member states are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. However, Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the import, possession and use of research peptides in their country and for informing OmegaPeptides of any applicable restrictions prior to ordering.

Tracking

Once your Order has been dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number and a tracking link by email. Tracking updates are provided directly by our courier partners once the shipment is in transit.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

• EU deliveries: typically 2–7 business days

• International deliveries (outside EU): typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures

Delivery times are estimates only. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, OmegaPeptides has no control over delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other third parties and therefore cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before the Order is placed.

Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

If delivery fails due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the Customer;
• refusal of delivery or failure to collect the shipment;
• customs seizure, detention or restrictions caused by local legislation;
• non-compliance with import regulations in the destination country;
• failure to provide required customs documentation or information;
• any other reason attributable to the Customer;

OmegaPeptides will not automatically resend the shipment unless explicitly agreed in writing.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered Goods may legally be imported, possessed and received in the destination country. OmegaPeptides accepts no liability for shipments delayed, seized, detained, destroyed or rejected by customs authorities or other government agencies.

As a gesture of goodwill, OmegaPeptides may offer a one-time replacement shipment in the event of a customs seizure or detention. For orders with a product value exceeding €200, the replacement shipment may be offered at 50% of the original product value (excluding shipping costs). For orders with a product value of €200 or less, OmegaPeptides may, at its sole discretion, offer one complimentary replacement shipment.

Any replacement shipment is provided solely at the discretion of OmegaPeptides and does not constitute an admission of liability. No refunds, credits or further replacement shipments will be provided for subsequent seizures, detentions or delivery failures.

OmegaPeptides reserves the right to deduct shipping, return, storage, customs, handling and administrative costs from any refund or, where applicable, to withhold a refund entirely if the Goods are returned damaged, devalued, destroyed or otherwise rendered unsellable.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of the Goods (including sterility, contamination risk and temperature sensitivity), returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of verified defective Goods.

Goods must never be returned without prior written authorization from OmegaPeptides. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.

Defective Goods

If you believe the Goods are defective, you must follow Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions (Claims for Defects in Goods).

In particular:

• Defects must be reported in writing within the applicable time limits;

• The report must include the order number, batch/lot number, a clear description of the issue and photographic evidence;

• Goods must not be returned unless explicitly instructed by OmegaPeptides.

Returning Goods without prior instruction may result in damage or devaluation, for which the Customer shall be fully liable.

Additional Information

All matters relating to delivery, returns, exchanges and defect claims are governed by our General Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of every Order.
